Mallika Ramdas has been Director of Admissions at UWC South East Asia (UWCSEA) since March 2020, following two years as its Deputy Director of Admissions. Previously she was Head of University Advising and a teacher of High School IB English at UWCSEA Dover from 2003 until 2016, when she left to spend a year as Co-Director of College Counseling at the UN International School in New York before deciding to return to Singapore. Mallika began her association with the UWC movement when working as an IB English teacher and then seving as the Head of Languages and Director of Guidance at UWC Mahindra in India from 1997 to 2003.
Originally from India, Mallika has lived in Germany, India, Singapore, and the United States. She loves traveling on behalf of UWCSEA to recruit students and reconnect with alumni.
