UWCSEA's Dual Campus Operational Leaders help to ensure that the College fulfils its strategic plan. The members of the Operations team work together with the Chief Operating Officer, while the leaders in the Department of Engagement and External Relations support the strategic responsibilities of the Director of Engagement and External Relations.
Aman has a degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration and is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in different sectors including Hotels, Hospitals, Clubs, Corporate and Education before joining UWCSEA, managing strategic business units for the growth and sustainability of business in different segments.
His values are very aligned to UWCSEA's values and he particularly enjoys the unique sense of a united community which cannot explain in words as that can only be experienced by being part of this remarkable culture.
UWCSEA has impacted him both personally and professionally in so many positive ways that he remains very grateful for the opportunities to be a part of its mission. Education, Sustainability and Peace are very close to his heart and he is inspired by way members of the UWCSEA community show the values in action every day.
Aman moved to Singapore as a young boy, now a decade later is married and the father of two boys. An early morning person, he enjoys reading, running, spending time with nature and meeting new people to build meaningful relationships.

Irene joined UWCSEA in 2019 and served as Head of Procurement for dual-campus. She has held managerial roles in procurement and has extensive global sourcing experience in the semiconductor industries.
Irene believes in the power of education to change life, and to unite people. She looks forward to contributing to UWCSEA and the opportunity to expand her professional experience.
She enjoys working with people and the positive spirit and environment in UWCSEA.
Manju joined UWCSEA as Director of Human Resources in December 2017. She brings over 19+ years of HR experience and expertise to the College, having worked in Asia, Europe and the Americas in the FMCG, Digital Media, IT and Education industries.
Manju has a Masters in Organic Chemistry and a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. She commenced her career with an IT education company and then moved on to manage the HR department of India’s largest FMCG company.
After a professional stint in London, she returned to India taking up a number of senior HR roles in a variety of industry sectors: a global brewing company, a media conglomerate and an American multinational. Subsequently, she became the Vice President, Human Resources for the world’s largest education corporate, Pearson Education in Chicago before moving to Singapore.
Manju is married to Ashwani, a Digital Transformation leader and they have two children, Aanchal and Kunaal. She loves portrait painting and spending time on the tennis courts with her children. On most weekends, besides enjoying art and sports, you will find the family supporting a local NGO.
A Certified Practicing Accountant with more than 18 years of business, compliance, financial and operational management experience in various international companies. This is Rachel's first role in an educational sector but her past working experience has prepared her well and she enjoys bringing new perspectives and dimensions in leading the Finance Team.
Rachel has always been drawn to the educational sector so joining UWCSEA brings her closer to "giving back to the community" in her own way, where she believes in the UWC movement as it makes education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future.
Rachel is embracing motherhood as she just gave birth to her first daughter in March this year.

A perpetual “dot-connector” Renée loves nothing better than bringing together people, projects, and purpose. With over 20 years of experience working in advancement, external relations and program management she has held roles at a number of Canada’s top educational institutions, and most recently at Georgetown University’s international branch campus in Qatar.
Long inspired by the guiding statements of the UWC movement, Renée and her family joined the UWCSEA community in 2017 when her husband Patrick was hired as a University Advisor and her children enrolled at East Campus. Renée joined the DEER team in 2020 and now pours her passion for connectivity into her role as Senior Manager for Alumni Relations.
She holds a Master’s in International Business & Policy from Georgetown University (USA) and a BA in International development from the University of Guelph (Canada). She is an avid traveller, fitness enthusiast and a dedicated volunteer for several Singapore-based organisations.
Mallika Ramdas has been Director of Admissions since March 2020, following two years as the Deputy Director of Admissions. Previously she was Head of University Advising and a teacher of High School IB English at UWCSEA Dover from 2003 until 2016, when she left to spend a year as Co-Director of College Counseling at the UN International School in New York before deciding to return to Singapore. Mallika began her association with the UWC movement when working as an IB English teacher and then serving as the Head of Languages and Director of Guidance at UWC Mahindra in India from 1997 to 2003.
Originally from India, Mallika has lived in Germany, India, Singapore, and the United States. She loves interacting with students during their application process, and traveling on behalf of UWCSEA to recruit students and reconnect with alumni.
Hannah is a fundraising progressional who joined UWCSEA in 2020 having worked in higher education fundraising and alumni relations for almost 15 years. Hannah leads our fundraising activities at UWCSEA and is responsible for building partnerships with our philanthropic and volunteer communities including parents, alumni, friends, and corporate supporters.
A strategic communicator, Hannah is a firm believer in the power of philanthropy to help advance the mission of UWCSEA.
Originally from the UK, Hannah has a Master’s Degree in Theology and Religious Studies from the University of Cambridge.

Kate is a marketing and communications professional whose passion lies in creating personal meaning and connections for an audience - which is why she has extensive experience in the highly personal sectors of tourism and education. Part of the team that opened the East Campus in 2008, Kate has worked at the College in a variety of communications and marketing roles across all three campuses.
Prior to UWCSEA, Kate worked at Tourism Australia in Trade Development, Communications and Media Researcher roles after starting her career at Tourism Queensland, supervising a highly successful sales team in the Sydney CBD branch of the Queensland Government Travel Centre.
Kate has a Master’s in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Technology Sydney and was in the first cohort to graduate with a Business Degree in Tourism Management from what is now Southern Cross University in Australia. She has lived in Singapore since 2005 and has two teenage children.
