Magic Bus Global Concern supports the Magic Bus Foundation, which aims to provide marginalised children in the most rural areas of India a better life by providing an education by building physical, social and personal skills, mainly by focusing on the aspect of sport. Magic Bus also works towards gender equity and rights as well as providing health and hygiene education - both major areas of concern in the poorest regions of India.
The GC supports the Magic Bus Foundation through the Activity Based Curriculum (ABC), resources for the children at the centers, as well as raising awareness in Singapore for the foundation. The partnership between UWCSEA and Magic Bus started in 2009, and still is strong today.
UWCSEA encourages Grade 11 students to visit and work at the Magic Bus Centers in India on their Project Week trips, and multiple groups of students do so every year.
