Located in Laos, Big Brother Mouse aims to promote literacy and education in small villages in Luang Prabang. They work to publish books in the local Laos language and give every child an opportunity for education, as well as giving adults a chance to learn (that they may have not had previously). The books are written and produced in-house and distribution is achieved through book parties held at schools and villages. Big Brother Mouse is currently working on establishing a school to help the children learn English.
UWCSEA’s involvement with Big Brother Mouse began in 2013.
