Margaret Chhoa-Howard established the Primary School English as an Additional Language (EAL) programme on Dover Campus in 2016, following a number of years specialising in the Learning Support Department at the College. This is her second stint in UWCSEA Dover's Primary School, having also taught EAL and LS in international schools in Saudi Arabia, Holland, Beijing and Qatar.
